Acropolis Greek Taverna has been the restaurant Riverview comes back to for over 17 years. Located in Winthrop Town Centre — the heart of the community — we’ve been serving fresh Greek and Mediterranean food since February 2009, long before Riverview became the thriving area it is today. Some restaurants open and close before anyone notices. We’ve watched this neighborhood grow up around us, and Riverview has been good to us. We intend to return the favor.

The menu is built around fresh, whole ingredients — no shortcuts, no compromises. Gyros, chicken and steak kabobs, spanakopita, hummus, tzatziki, Ouzo Mussels, Pasta Santorini, Athenian Fish, Greek salads, and housemade desserts like Mama’s Honey Cake.
